Thank you for your interest in Epizyme. We strive to interact with you on topics that matter to you, answer your questions and hear your feedback through these online platforms.

As a biopharmaceutical company, Epizyme operates in a heavily regulated industry environment and adheres to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s social media guidance for pharmaceutical companies when engaging online, as well as corresponding industry standards. All comments submitted to our Twitter or LinkedIn pages are monitored and reviewed. When engaging with Epizyme on one of these social media channels, you agree to abide by the following Community Guidelines.

Epizyme is dedicated to maintaining a positive, supportive online community and welcomes your comments and feedback, provided they are shared in a constructive, respectful way that is not inappropriate, profane, harassment, abusive, or promoting third-party products, websites or initiatives. Comments posted by other Twitter or LinkedIn users posted on our social media channels do not reflect the views of Epizyme.

We will flag or remove your comment if it:

  1. References a specific product. Whether it is positive or negative, we must ensure compliance with industry regulations and protect against misinformation, off-topic subjects and copyright or trademark infringement.
  2. Contains medical advice. Epizyme recommends consulting with your physician or a qualified healthcare professional to discuss any medical questions or conditions.
  3. Uses profanity, abusive language or spam content. Any post that contains insensitive, disparaging, derogatory, discriminatory or irrelevant comments will be removed.
  4. References potential side effects or adverse events. Comments referencing medical adverse events will be removed and reported to the FDA, as required by law. There may be situations not outlined above that will require us to remove your comment. Epizyme may not respond to comments that do not follow these guidelines and the company reserves the right to flag or remove content as necessary.

We’re committed to responding to your comments and questions in a timely manner. LinkedIn and Twitter will be monitored Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time (EST). If you post outside of regular business hours, on weekends or on holidays, we will respond when business resumes. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911.
